"I ordered my food using the Wingstop app, I sent my order at 6:13 received a email the order would be ready at 6:38. I arrived at about 635. At 705 I asked if they had an order for me and I was told it would be coming up. I did not receive my order until 730 one hour and 15 minutes after ordering it. I watched several people come up to the counter and place orders and get their food and leave. The manager was very apologetic and offered me free chicken tenders."
"This was my first time ordering from here. Picked up order and brought home. Opened bag and fries were laying on top of the wings (which were in a styrofoam container) not covered or in any type of wrapping. Next, the fries were so salty I could not eat them. The wings mild had no taste other than the grease they were cooked in. Inedible. I had 1 1/2. Had to throw away entire rest of order. Also, even the blue cheese tasted like it was watered down. Oh, and no napkins or wipes!!! Even if I did enjoy the food and ended up eating it, what was I supposed to wipe my hands with? Just an all around disappointing experience. And I had been wanting to try this place for a few years. Not anymore."
"Pleasantly surprised with how great the tenders I had from here were! Better than Canes dare I say. They were so tender, crispy and well seasoned. I had the louisiana rub on both the tenders and fries, I got a 3 piece and each one was perfect! No weird, chewy pieces or anything like that. I ordered via DoorDash so I can’t say much as to the atmosphere or employees, but what I do know is my food came safely packed, sealed and hot. My only complaint is the tenders were a bit too oily. Regardless, I highly recommend! :)"
"Kelly and Anaia (Sp?) Were very polite and attentive to me while I placed my order for carryout and waited. Upon entering the store, It was very clean and it smelled AMAZING!!! The customer service I received was totally awesome. I have never visited or ate at Wing Stop before. After getting home, and unpacking my food, my wings were DELICIOUS!!! My fries tasted homemade, and were awesome. I ordered 3 types of wings and they were packaged carefully,and were phenomenal!! Thanks to the awesome service of the staff, the friendliness of the staff, and the excellent food.....I will be returning to this store in particular. They made a loyal customer out of me!!!"
