"I've never been before, and if you haven't either and are intimidated, fear not, it's easy! You pull in a parking space with your lights on and someone will RUN to your car to take your order. They have the menu on the side of the building, but he also offered to give me one. Was very kind and patient. You then turn your lights off. They'll bring out your food shortly thereafter. They have a wide variety of foods you can't get elsewhere. Food was great, hot and fresh even when we got home. I'll be back! Really happy they are open late."

He had a delightful personality, he understood & handled my order quickly and effectively! When he went to grab the food, it was still fresh! "Brett at the Willoughby location exceeded expectations. Despite being a trainee, his professionalism was evident, and we wouldn't have guessed his trainee status without noticing the trainee badge. Brett efficiently managed the entire customer flow, running, literally running between cars to ensure everyone was taken care of. Impressed, I inquired about praising him to his manager, and he suggested this method, mentioning that even corporate might notice the review. As long-time fans of Swensons since my teenage years, it remains one of our favorite places for food. Thank you for excellent service Brett!"
