"Chicken was dry. Ordered online including a pot pie. Was told that they had just sold the last one pot pie , which shouldn't have happened. I had placed order 20 minutes before. Refused to refund me due to my having ordered online. Severly disappointed."

"Quick pick up no… door locked at 8. Went to the window and they tell me to back up so I’m not sitting at the window? I was so confused. After almost 15 minutes…Asked for Dr Pepper got root beer. No sauce for my nuggets. And this was a quick order I was supposed to walk in and pick it up…. Really bad service. Will not be back"

"I hadn't been to KFC in 6 months. I know now that I won't be going back. I went through the drive thru and my order was taken. When I pulled up to pay for my order, they told me to pull ahead and they would bring my order out. Well I did so, and was waiting 15 minutes. I finally got out of my car and went in. The woman at the counter was extremely rude and told me it would be about 2 more minutes. So I went back to my car and waited another 10 minutes. I walked in again and I seriously don't even think they remembered me. I explained what I had ordered. They finally packed up my order. But during this time I could see they had not given me the chicken that still wasn't done. They gave me and my family the old chicken, hockey puck biscuits and unfortunately I ended up getting sick to my stomach that night. After all that I waited 30 minutes in all. I felt very intimidated by the woman wearing the headset tonight who was working the counter. The woman packing my order was awful. She actually scared me. KFC on Euclid Ave in Willoughby is terrible. I would never go back there again. I don't recommend this establishment. I called the corporate office and they offered to send me a $20.00 voucher, seriously my food was not fit to be fed to a dog. It also cost me $30.00. That's the best you can do KFC?????? YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR CREW ON EUCLID AVE. THEY ARE EXTREMELY SCARY AND INTIMIDATING!! THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN."

"Restaurant needs attention! No ice or Pepsi. Chicken portions were tiny and it didn’t have to spice flavor that I am used to. Employee at the drive thru cannot put her cell phone down. Asked for a manager and they didn’t have time to listen or see me. The only employee who was professional was the employee who served me named Kaitlyn. She deserved the only 5 star for service."
