"I stopped by Arby's after work to grab one of the Good burgers I've heard so much about. To be honest I'd already had one of their burgers before, the bacon ranch burger and it was good so I wasn't going in blindly. The burgers at Arby's are pretty good, a mixture of wagyu beef and ground beef and pretty tasty. They'll run you about 9 bucks but with all the toppings and a soft bun they're worth it."
"I waited to order while the clerks had their gas session. They were not busy. I was one of two people in the place The clerk who took my order had an attitude. Seems like I was bothering her to take my order. As she took my order the conversation with the other clerks continued. Ended up she got my order wrong. I took it ate and left. However I will not be back. There wasn't a clean place to eat in this dump. I know its indifferent to the franchise owner. But these people are chasing away their clients one by one. You can bet I wont be back and I will tell everyone I know what a lousy place this is"
"One of the better value places to eat near downtown Cleveland. You can also eat clean if you know what to order. Can’t go wrong with half pound roast beef. The brisket was great as well. Wouldn’t mind a half pounder of that. Try them on marble rye."
"June 29th at 801pm stopped into Arby's ordered beef n cheddar, beef and swiss dip, small curly fries, driving home was eating fries which was burnt, got home and these sandwiches was so bad, meat wasn't beef and it was bad meat on both sandwiches, it took me to brush and gargle and drink a soda to get the spoiled taste out my mouth. I called at 845pm, 847pm 858pm phone just rang then went to what sounded like a fax machine. So tomorrow june 30th I will be returning this to the store for my money back. I am very disgusted right now. I did do a feedback online since no one was answering and store dont close til 10pm"
