"The employees were racist and complete a*******! They didn't bring our milkshakes out and when we asked we were told they were out of ice cream. Then we watched 3 customers walk away with ice cream!! When I returned to the counter to ask why we were lied to? He spoke over me in a very rude tone and I waited for 2 mcflurrys for almost 10 minutes!!!"
"They make you order from a kiosk that doesn't give you a receipt with your order number on it. So they just yell out random order numbers that not one customer in the place knows. Total confusion and even if you enter the table number placard by the kiosk. They don't care. They just yell order numbers. It is quite stupid to say the least. Never going back."
"I'm a truck driver I came here twice I called to try to place the order on the phone so they can bring it to the door no one helped me out with that they just told me to come back at 7:00 I'll come back at 7:41 the dining room still not open and you telling me it will be open in another 5 minutes so I wasted my time driving back over here where am I to try to place your order for nothing never again when I come here"
