"We got take out here after my wife had a procedure across the street. This burger was so awful I was going to write a bad review right away but she said to give them a chance to make it right first. Halfway through my complaint, the waitress hung up on me mid sentence. When I called back, she put me on hold indefinitely and I hung up after 15 minutes. I called corporate and left a message with my number, I have yet to hear from them."

"I had a steak burger and substituted mashed potatoes and gravy for my French fries and added a side of carrots. Steak burger was delicious with provolone cheese caramelized onions and mushrooms. My server was Cadence, she was professional, had a welcoming smile, was patient and did not hover. Just the right amount of attention. No television noise blaring. No music either. No loud or obnoxious guests. Peaceful. Just conversations between guests and everyone just seemed to be enjoying a Saturday early evening at Bob Evans Rockside in Independence, Ohio."
