Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I went in today around 11:30 and was surprised that they were out of salsa right before lunch rush.. I went to the area where drinks, forks napkins etc are and it was filthy! I wanted to put some green sauce in a to go cup but it was empty. Hard to believe it got that dirty and not stocked that early. They were not busy so you can’t blame that. The kitchen are looked a wreck too and I saw a faucet running but no one using it.. The guy that made my bowl for me was really nice though, the only compliment I can give this place. I really didn’t want to eat my food because if it’s dirty in the common areas, the food prep are is surely neglected. I was really hungry and just took a few bites and the rest went in the garbage. I’ll never go back to that location."

"I ordered a catering order for today, 1/10 and it was $250 worth of food. I place the order a few days ago so it was plenty of time to get things together. The order was late, so I had to call around and finally get in touch with someone at corporate to check the status because the store doesn't take phone calls directly. I was told that the store canceled the order last minute due to being short staffed and didn't tell anyone. I never got an email, a phone call, nothing. When corporate tried to contact the store, she stated they are not answering or available. This is completely unacceptable. I'm a very chill person but the second the order was canceled, the customer should have been notified. If someone would've called me and said "we are short staffed and unable to fulfill this order, I'm sorry" that would've been completely fine. I am not getting an immediate refund, I was told over the next few days customer care will reach out to me to talk about it but essentially, a refund should be coming right away. It's so silly to waste everyone's time to "talk" when the team members at the store were in the wrong. I'd love a refund and just to go on my way rather than talk to multiple people and drag this on. It's cut and dry, order was canceled to being short staffed and there was no communication to the customer."

"November 12th, at 6pm. We walked into this location and were the 1st customers in line. As we approached the counter to order, a young lady with a long braid and glasses was playing on her phone for 2 minutes before she even looked up to help us. After acknowledging us, she proceeded to barely speak to us, but mainly laugh and gossip with her coworkers. It seemed like no one was actually working. One gentleman in the back was continuously cutting up meat and that was it. The young lady at the counter, with braids passed her knees, just watched and was barely helpful. They were more interested in talking about their friends and going to Starbucks than any form of customer service. After finally getting our meal, which seemed to take forever, every person after us looked to have the same experience. The children "working" at this place are terrible. The location is disgustingly dirty. No one has any form of customer service. 3 paying customers that walked by, out of line, were complaining. And no one cares. As we've been sitting here for the last 30 minutes, no one has come out to clean or stock the drink counter. Nothing is being done. The young lady from the counter said numerous times that she "hates people", while looking around. This place is a disgrace and a joke. We will absolutely never return to this place - even if it was the last on earth. If I could give a negative review, I would. -20 ☆'s at least!!!"

"This Chipotle Mexican Grill was pretty good it was my first time at this location. I was greeted when I first walked in and was asked about my order. The server was very friendly with a great smile. I really enjoyed her waiting on me because of her customer service. They also had all the food online to serve their customers"

"I was looking for my Chipotle fix and this one was just a few minutes from my hotel in Independence. I was not sure about this Chipotle due to some of the reviews but had a great meal on a Sunday afternoon. I had a chicken burrito and chips/salsa. There was no line when I arrived and my food was prepared quickly. While I was eating it got more crowded but it looked like the line kept moving. The burrito was tasty. I’ve never eaten at an OH Chipotle (I’m from Texas) and the hot salsa is much hotter than the version at home (in a good way). The employees were very friendly and efficient. I would definitely consider eating here again the next time I’m in the area. Thanks!"
