Chipotle Mexican Grill

"This Chipotle either needs a major overhaul, or it should be closed all together. I work in the office building next door. Every time I go here for lunch I say I'm never going back. Pick-up orders are always incorrect, the restaurant is ALWAYS out of multiple ingredients, cheese and chips taste like they have been sitting out all night, the staff is impatient and rude, and the drink/utensil area is always a mess and missing forks and napkins. I'm providing this feedback in the hopes that someone will see it, and turn this place around. It is really a shame, and the poor reputation is well known throughout the corporate business community in the downtown area."

"Truly the most horrifying Chipotle I have ever experienced. Walked in to security throwing out a man uttering threats and greeted by impatient rowdy customers in line yelling to be served faster. When I got to my turn I ordered 3 tacos. The woman serving me was incredibly short and rude, and misheard me several times in my order- I actually ended up with 4 tacos but I was too afraid to correct her after I’d already been snapped at. The trays were all practically empty with her scraping from the bottom of basically all of them, the chicken was dry crumbled and burnt. Ice not working in the fountain machine, incredibly filthy in that area also. Not sure how corporate lets this location function like this, overall a horrible experience and I rarely write a negative review. Rude, slow staff, low quality and understocked food, unsettling atmosphere, dirty. I am from out of town and came for some familiarity in Chipotle but left feeling awful"

"Every single time I stop by 15 minutes before closing they're only taking online orders. If that's the case fine but can they explicitly outline that dine in and take out end at 09:45 instead of turning you away at the door? Really annoying. Food itself is fine but I'm tired of being turned away at 09:45. If you stop doing take out at 09:45 then make those your hours permanently."

"I was pleasantly surprised by the good service and food. The person preparing my burrito was very nice; he was also very fast! I went during the lunch rush and I was in and out within a 10 minute time frame. My burrito bowl was very good! I also got chips and Queso for later. Overall, very pleased with my food and the service."

"This is the worst Chipotle ever. I’ve tried to eat here several times over the past 6 months. The ice machine has been broken every time, but they don’t tell you until after you’ve paid for a beverage. They are always out of at least 3 ingredients, and the employees are consistently rude. The serving line is always dirty, proteins are cold, and employees cross-contaminating. Attaching photo of my “chicken bowl” upon opening - very small portions compared to other locations."
