McDonald's

"The reason I left this review is because I used to go to this location numerous times in the past. The reason for the mid range rating is because there have been times that we would have to go back into the restaurant to have the staff fix the order and it would not be a problem. Also the food was always fresh and the staff did a great job on making sure the food was fresh all the time. I am reluctant to go to the new building and location because I don't think things will ever be as good as they were in the old building."

"Well I don't typically stop at McDonald's unless it's for maybe a breakfast sandwich or a fried pie or coffee! I don't care to go here because they do use GMO ingredients. And I don't agree with using those kind of ingredients in our food. But I had a lot of running around to do and my blood sugar was getting low. It's their brand new location after 60 years of being just across the street! I thought I'm just going to grab a cheeseburger and see how they're doing in the new location which is a brand new building. Now they have the two Drive-thu Lanes to boot! Well it didn't take long to go through the line and place my order. But then it was at least a 10 minute wait to get my food, which I thought was a bit strange. I had only gotten the two cheeseburgers for $5:18 with no fries or drink either. Well once I got my food and I tasted the burger it confirmed why I don't go here to eat! The other thing the bun didn't seem to be fresh at all. Which I found sort of strange with the amount of business they do. I will mention the associates where I ordered my food, paid for my food and where I picked up my food we're all very friendly and helpful no matter how I felt about the taste of the food. Never again for this however! I should have went to Wendy's or Arby's!"

"What has happened to the food here since they built this new building (2023)?! Cutting costs by serving food cold!!? Come on management get with it. I'm sure you don't want a write-up with the health department. Twice now I've come here with my family and our food has not even been warm it's been cold. Cheese not melted on burgers. Chicken nuggets cold. That's so gross the stuff's not even room temperature it's like they just pulled it out of a area where it's been sitting for God knows how long. We won't be back very disappointed with this place."

"Today I went to McDonald’s around 5pm, the line was a bit packed, which I decided to walk in since it wasn’t as busy (I was on my lunch break from work and didn’t have much time), and I was greeted by this really nice young lady, I didn’t catch her name, but she was working the register. She took my order very professionally, and as I was waiting for my order to be called this one worker sounded very rude towards the crew, I asked one of the workers for his name and his name is Jason. Very unprofessional for calling workers names, plus had a bit of attitude with customers, sounds like he needs an adjustment for this establishment. Felt really bad for the girl upfront, the other workers, plus some of the customers, no one should have to deal with such language and actions."

"This McDonald's is consistent with all other McDonald's. The food is fine for fast food. The prices are low. The service was friendly and fast. We dined in and we did have to pass up several tables that needed to be wiped down before we found one that looked really clean. There was also a bit of food on the floor too, like stray fries."
