"Today I had a scheduled appointment with the dr and as I was walking in the nurse lady was walking out. She stopped me and asked if I had an appointment I told her yes. She continued to tell me that I couldn’t be seen with my 2 kids. I told her I’m a single mom and I was being seen for my heart. They told me they could recommend me some place else I could be seen with my “guests” they are not guests they are kids"
"Customer service needs allot of work. Walk in and ignored while a conversation is happening. Very cold and mechanical treatment. I get that this place is serving minorities but you can at least pretend to value the customer. Had reservations about coming here and they were confirmed."
