"Walked in, no one even came out to greet me. Finally after standing there for 5 minutes, the phone starts ringing. The manager gets up from the table-mind you he clearly saw me standing there- to answer the phone. After that ended he finally says what’s the name. Tell him and shocker. It’s not ready. 15 minutes after it was supposed to be… 5 minutes later (so now 20 minutes late) they bring it out. I get home, realize I only have 16 out of the 20 wings I ordered. And to top it all off there is tomato on my wrap that I ordered no tomato. So that just went straight in the garbage. I will absolutely never return here. Do better. It’s literally your job."

"The traditional wings were very dry. Hard to get off the bone. The boneless wing.... just one I had... chewed like it was rubber, not cooked enough. Very disappointing. The sauces were good but quality of meat was not."

"Was super excited to get a BWW so close to home but was quite sad when I found out it was a quick grab and go pit stop type place. There are a few TVs with sports on but zero beer. Has more of a cafeteria vibe than it’s original pub atmosphere. The food was exactly what you know and love from the franchise so that’s good to ‘GO’ I’d call ahead to place your order. Glad to have another place to grab a quick meal."

"A very welcome addition to this part of town. Glad to have it here. Picked up a fairly large order earlier today and the wings (bone in and boneless) were all very delicious. The place looks super clean and staff was friendly. Don’t let the name fool you, they do have a small dining area as well in case you’d like to have lunch here. Nothing huge or fancy but a nice addition."
