"I'm not even marking service because whatever that was working the window was rude. Unprofessional. Unclean. Not wearing gloves or a hairnet and told me he was out of roast beef at 11:30. I will never return as long as that side show act is working there . Get it together Arbys. The curly fries were literally cooked at 3 in the afternoon. Beef and cheddar was more like bun and cheddar."

"I was sitting in the restaurant with my friends and asked the guy with the painted nails what time they closed, and he looked at me and walked away. We also waited 20 minutes for fries because they were "waiting for fresh ones" but grabbed the ones that had already been sitting there. We also watched as employees were eating the food they made. It's disappointing to have an Arby's in the area with a lack of customer service."

"Don’t waste your money. Giving a 2 star because the sandwich was good for both meals, however fries were cold and sodas tasted like dirty carbonated water. Paid $30 for 2 meals. Once to the window, lady handed us the wrong order. We always check so waved her back and she got an attitude with us. Overall not satisfied with the experience. Was excited to see another restaurant option on this side of town, but sadly won’t be back anytime soon."

Upon entering the establishment, I was met with indifference from the staff, who seemed more interested in their personal conversations than attending to customers. When I finally placed my order, it was met with confusion, and my meal arrived cold and incomplete. Attempts to address these issues were met with dismissive responses, and the manager displayed a lack of empathy and a refusal to rectify the situation. This disappointing encounter at Arby's exemplified a lack of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction, leaving me with a strong desire to avoid returning in the future."

"Food was cold even though I didn't wait in the drive thru Ordered the classic meal with curly fries and there were in 2 curly fries the rest were tiny pieces and hard All cold Who is running this place??? Drive thru person not friendly..very rough and in a hurry but they weren't even busy"
