Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I had went a couple times before and there was the one time that I asked for a burrito but somehow they accidentally gave me a bowl and I didn’t care but the management is kind of horrible for mixing up on making mistakes on peoples orders. The online ordering have you to ask the cashier to get it, and they have the shelf but it’s been useless lately. They need to stop being lazy to put the bags on the shelf. People want to get it and out without asking the cashier for the bag. They had used the shelf before. Start using the shelf and have some better management."

"We stopped going to Chipotle in Independence. Little portions and always out of stuff. Tonight we thought we would try Seven Hills location. Extremely pleased… it’s just like I remembered. Order was correct and portions were worth the money. Thank you:)"

"The food is fine for fast food. When I made my order, I also ordered chips. The girl said that the man at the cash register would give me chips. She then told the man that I also wanted chips and he said ok. . When I got to the register I told him I wanted chips. I paid for my order and he handed me a bag and I looked in it and there were no chips. I then asked him about the chips and he then put them in the bag."

"The experience I can say, was less than delightful, went in at 8:18 and ordered our food. They had no cheese no queso, but when I asked if they could take it off of the other line and put on our food, we were told that’s for other customers for to go orders only which I feel that if you are going inside to spend your money, then I am the customer and I deserve that she’s just as well as the next not that that is the biggest thing but the young Lady. Looked at us as if she could jump through us at any moment because of her attitude just a dead stare totally rude and no personality. Overall, I will say that in the past when I have came to this location, it has been very good but the last two times that I have been here it has went downhill it will be beneficial if you could teach your team members how to treat the customer because again I am in Customer service and I would never treat a customer this way, right or wrong"

"I ordered a chicken quesadilla, guac, a chicken bowl online and went to pick it up. When I got home and opened the container, I was in complete shock in what I received. The quesadilla was not even grilled, it was missing the fajitas, and sour cream. It just looked totally disgusting. The chicken bowl was missing toppings and barely had any chicken. The guac was chunky with no flavor. This is absolutely the worst meal I have ever experienced from chipotle. How disrespectful to serve this to someone. I will never be back to this location. This location definitely needs to be held accountable. Trying to contact customer support for assistance was a complete nightmare. My issue still remains unsolved! I’ve included photos with this review to show how disgusting everything truthfully was!"
