"Great food, fair prices, but LOUSY SERVICE! We put our order on the computer, confirmed it, paid, and went to our table. A half hour later, they asked if we were waiting for our order. They claimed it wasn't in their system despite the fact I confirmed it, they took my money and even texted me confirming everything. Didn't apologize, offer a discount, or anything. The manager didn't even come to our table, despite my request."

"It didn't take long to get my order in, right after selecting what I wanted at the Kiosk! :3 The ambient atmosphere inside the restaurant matches with the mood I'm getting, as well as the amount of cleanliness the employees have topped off!"
"This Shake Shack location needs to go back through training! The service was nonexistent. I walked in and two of the young ladies just stared at me like a deer in front of headlights. I’m like, oh okay.. that’s what we’re doing. So, an older lady came from behind and looked at me as well… at this point I’m like am I in a twilight zone!?! A few seconds go by and I just asked if I was able to use the self ordering device on the counter and she finally said something to me.. she said “yes”.. I should have known this would be a bad experience based on there not being anyone inside of the restaurant. Every Shake Shack that I have visited around the country all have had long lines!!! This location, not a single sole! The fries were burnt and the burger was a bit to overcooked (see photos). The management team needs to focus on customer service and on how to grill a burger like all the other locations across the country!"
