"Food was nasty no taste order was not completed the family dinner we purchased was nasty as hell we order extra crispy chicken did not get that order added on 2 large Mac and cheese and only got 1 and it was hardly anything in it look burnt and old coleslaw was dry as can be so mad it's the holiday and family waiting we end up calling and having pizza delivered I try to call kfc and no one answer and we are 15 minutes away noneless to say we order online and already had to wait 25 minutes for pick up we will never return to this kfc"

"I can understand running out of product during a busy time. I cannot understand why they would decide to tell me they didn't have what I ordered, AFTER they took my payment. Then, the chicken they DID have was severely overcooked, and cold. The mashed potatoes and gravy were cold. The coleslaw was cold, the only item they got right. AVOID THIS PLACE."
