"The attitudes of some of the crew that works there during lunch and dinner. How does anyone get an attitude because you request fresh food??? Are you paying for it, because I believe it’s coming out the consumers pockets. My advice is to those with those unprofessional attitudes, I will contact corporate. Better get another crew, only time I don’t have an issue is with the crew that works in the morning. Get it together or get jobs that don’t work with the public. Leave your attitudes and biases at the door before dealing with the public."
"Stopped tonight for a mobile pick up, only person at the drive through at the moment of pickup , they did not read what was customize on my meal can't have certain vegetables , gave me the wrong drink. only thing that was ok where the nuggets and the mac chicken. Night crew must be Dic&ing around. Time 18:43 order:#65"
"I have been getting the Carmel iced coffee and it’s always awful from this location specifically. I had asked them to remake it because there is no Carmel in the drink at all there’s about a teaspoon of coffee grounds at the bottom of my drink would not recommend this location to anybody I would rather drive to Tiedeman"
"When I ordered and payed that process was good. But when i got home and opened the food it was very disappointing and unsatisfying. Im not looking for 5 star quality here I understand its McDonalds. But to begin with there was absolutely no salt on the soggy old fries I received. Im talking not a grain. Take a look at that picture below. There was not a single pickle or any onions on any of these burgers. I almost feel like I've been robbed and would like a full refund for my meal if i would've realized this before driving home."
"Completed a mobile order on the way to work this morning for a small mango pineapple smoothie. I was very hesitant when I got it from the counter and noticed a white almost creamy color but trusted when I was told nothing was wrong with the machine and really had no time to wait 10 more minutes for another one. However, the first sip, it tastes like a cup of frozen milk. Grossest smoothie I've had in a long time from McDonald's. Should've went with the strawberry banana. The ones I saw them make while I was waiting on my order at least looked the right color. Will fall back on smoothies for a while."
