Rally's

"Fries are great but that's about all I can say. Drive through orders are taken by automation, not a person, which leaves so much room for error. We ordered 2 burgers with bacon and a chicken bites box. We received the two burgers, but neither had bacon, and didn't receive the chicken at all. We would have gone back but seeing as there wasn't an actual person taking orders, we weren't sure if we would even be able to get the situation fixed anyway."

"Absolutely horrible and incompetent service! Ordered 4 chicken sandwiches with cheese and bacon. Pretty simple. Was told it would be a 6 min wait only to wait for twenty minutes in the parking lot until I had to drive back through the drive thru and wait another 5 minutes for someone to even come to the window and look at me like I was crazy when I asked for my food, which sitting on the counter beside them. And then find out when I got home they couldn't even remember to put the bacon on them. Ridiculous"

"This place have the best rally burgers in cleveland but they are lazy big time it's hard to buy food out of this store ..I always come by araund 3 to 4 and almost every time they are only doing door dash our movie orders.And the employee are out side seating under the tables smoking and on there phones but they cannot take care of the costumer...Like it's always same wen I come by it sucks that this happens I really like there food but services sucks big time"

"Very rude and customer service was horrible. Being that I am a manager in the service industry, I have to say that the customer service was horrible. Cashier was very rude, and when I asked about a discrepancy in my order, she tried to argue with me, and when I said I'm not arguing with you back, she said good and slammed the window closed. This isn't the first, second, or third time that I have experienced poor customer service. I know your yhimking why would you keep going there and honestly it's a last resort.I usually don't bother leaving reviews buy when it popped up on my Google forna review I said forget it let me go ahead a leave a review."

"I’m 9 months pregnant and really wanted some fast food all of a sudden at 11pm.. Rally’s is only a couple mins from me so I sent my husband for a burger and some loaded fries.. Well let’s just say whoever’s working tonight is def working for that money cus the food was super fresh and they weren’t cheap on the toppings!! I’m sooo satisfied and happy! I’ll definitely be coming back soon! So happy I didn’t send him anywhere else lol"
