"Warm and friendly staff, the owner was super nice. This review is based only on the ribs and peach cobbler. When I placed my order I asked the girl if the ribs are fall off the bone tender and she assured me that they are. Unfortunately this was not the case, I stuck my fork in expecting the meat to come away easily but I had to really work to get It Free from the bone, it was pretty tough. Then I tried a different rib and it was much more tender. I inspected them more closely and suspected that the ribs were a mix from different batches. Some were dry and tough, and some were better. The quality of the ribs was good, they had a decent amount of meat and were not overly fatty. When I got home I put them in the oven over 400° and cooked them a bit and after that they were much more tender, I found them incredible! Not exaggerating when I say the flavor of these ribs was possibly the best that I've had. Definitely worth getting again but I would just bring them home and cook them more until they were as tender as they should be. The peach cobbler had a great flavor, quite syrupy, the peaches were not fresh, they were from a can. The dough had a nice texture and a hint of salt. Included in the photos are rib tips which my friend ordered and I did not review."

"The food was great, and I also met the owner! I asked him who made the barbecue sauce? He said he had and gave me a bottle free. What a great surprise. I can't wait to go back..!!!"

"This was a pick up order I placed online and hubby scooped up after work. The food is very good and fresh. The smoked flavor is not overwhelming. The ribs were tender and flavorful, the sausage was cooked perfectly and the brisket was moist, not dry. Cornbread was like a fluffy corn cake. The owner, Gary, personally called me about a missing item and he was very kind. If you want good food and even better customer service then this is your place !!!"

"Came in town to visit my college student and was told by family this was the best place to try a polishboy being from Atlanta I've never heard of this but it's a good sandwich. The sauce here is really good not too sweet would like to visit again to try the actual BBQ as I was told by the owner that's what he is known for. Very fast service and not busy at all when we visited I will be back to try out the BBQ and hopefully a ribeye that I saw in another review here that has me wanting to fire up my smoker today it looked so good. Great job guys on service food and having a very clean welcoming store! And congrats on the awards!"

"Decent BBQ. Short review: Get the ribs & sausage with the 2 meat combo and Mac & Cheese for the side. The cornbread was nice. Sweet & moist. Longer review: The brisket & pulled pork weren’t great. The brisket was on the dry side. The sauces are tomato based and very sweet. The “hot” bbq sauce didn’t have much heat. My biggest complaint is there wasn’t a lot of smoke flavor to the food. Barely any smoke ring on the beef brisket. I’m not sure there was one. Also, the sauces are required to enjoy most of the meats. The ribs & sausage being the exception. I’d recommend ordering the sauce on the side and dip the meat if you’re try to watch your sugar intake. They do not offer free water of any kind. So be ready to pay for some type of beverage or go without. Overall, it’s decent for the area."
