"I genuinely like Burger King ... more than some other fast food places. I went in today and was gonna get a meal and dine in. They have 2 new kiosks that you have to order at. The employee said I had to order at the kiosk and that she couldn't take my order even though she was standing there. I asked if the register on the counter is broke and she said they can't use it anymore. Poor planning decision by their management/corporate. I don't use self check out, and I decided to leave and went to Taco Bell."
"The melts had bread on it not even toasted like in the commercials or pics online . The piece of chicken in the wrap was laughable and everything was cold . The chicken is not like the normal spicy chicken we typically order . Does this restaurant care about anything they put out sad . We live 5 minutes away."
"Do not order from here. You will regret your life if you do. The wrap with that McNugget sized piece of mystery meat was $5, the 2 sandwiches were supposed to be toasted. Mmm, cold white bread. People should be ashamed of themselves and each other."
"They are so rude. My partner went there around 3:45 am and they claimed they couldn’t give us our whoppers bc it was ABOUT TO BE BREAKFAST at 4am. And today at 3:10am my partner went there to get our food and they said they couldn’t do it because they were cleaning the hoods. She saw someone outside smoking.. and couldn’t see anyone inside at all. So I called to simply ask if they were still taking orders to see what they would say, they said they were cleaning the grills. And then she proceeded to have an attitude towards me… and said, “we have to clean the grills in order to make the food you want.” And two people pulled in behind my partner while she was parked there and the workers wouldn’t even come onto the speaker anymore. Also, this location says it has a play place… and it does… but it’s full of boxes. They’re using it for storage obviously. So my recommendation is to stay far far far away from this location. The workers are disrespectful and lazy. It’s unfathomable that the owner would let these shenanigans continue. Clearly they’re poorly managed."
