"This is our primary choice for urgent care for our children. We've been several times over the years and have always been completely satisfied with the service, knowledge, and care of the staff. Sometimes the wait can be longer than desired, but it is an urgent care, not a doctors office."

"Worst experience dealing with children’s. We went to the front and was checked in , we informed the women at the front desk that my baby needed both labs that were ordered. She confirmed we can do both , we get to the back and the lady poked my baby in his right arm and missed. Then poked him again in his left arm. All to find out several hours later THEY DID NOT DRAW HIS BLOOD FOR BOTH LABS !! Now we had to take him back to the main campus to be poked for a third time. Thankfully the people here had no issues finding his vein and taking his blood quickly. We will never return to this location."

"If there was a blank for a zero; that would be my ranking. Horrible staffs with incompetent doctors, especially when it comes to diagnosing your child or children correctly. For eight years I was sent across the state of Ohio and Social Security doctors/therapists, etc. to diagnose my daughter. Children's stated she was just shy. How preponderous! I had to travel to Columbus, and the staff there, diagnosed my baby in one day. Unless you are a rich white family or even a poor white family; Cincinnati Children's sucks. One of their "social workers" called CPS to state I'd kicked my son, ( who is severely autistic) in the groan. My baby didn't state this, because he doesn't know what a groan is. She made up this lie, because CPS scolded her on why my son hadn't received higher care. This made her angry. When I reported the lie she created, which could have had me jailed and my children taken from me; Cincinnati Children's did nothing Campus, because I remarked on her incompetence and hurting my son by giving him the wrong meds; and Children's (the "doctor" over the Psychiatric Department, kicked us out. Instead of bringing her inside of our meeting; he allowed her to go, so I could not confront her; kept her; and expelled me and my son to another place. There are so many other instances of the staff at Children's incompetence and downright negligence, that I would be writing for another 10 hours. People of color, excluding any Asian families; good luck. This reveiw is not about the Green Township location; this review references The Burnet Campus and College Hill Campus."

"Google hours are wrong. Came to this location at 10:35 am on a Saturday. Google said this location was open. This location had a sign that stated open 12pm to 7pm on Saturday. I'm glad this wasn't an urgent emergency. I would recommend going straight to Children's in Clifton."

"Terrible customer service. Very rude and not at all interested in answering any questions or even providing courteous updates. We waited for over 4 hours to be seen. No updates from the desk and when I did ask how things were progressing then were rude and annoyed I asked anything. They did not offer any explanation or idea at what was wrong. And when I realized I left my insurance card there it took 2 weeks to have time to wait on hold long enough (22 minutes to finally get a person) to tell me rudely that they have no idea where it is and it’s not here. I doubt they even looked. We went to Beacon. Had a wonderful experience. They were friendly courteous and helpful. Thank goodness she’s old enough (17) we can bypass them for good now."
