"GUETTO employees. Always upset and angry. No welcoming to the customer's. Rude manager at the register. Have no hospitality whatsoever, they see a Dash come in and act upset with nasty attitude. Go spend your money somewhere else!"

Customer service starts with the leader/manager. Wendy's should take note of this and act for the students nearby of Ignatius My experience was sadly a absolutely terrible experience. While stopping to grab lunch I hear from the restrooms someone blaring out my car in the parking lot. Thinking it's an emergency I got off the toilet and opened the door to find the store manager simply worried about the Kimble truck needing to pickup the dumpster cuz he pulled in on the exit side so it would be too sharp a left turn for the driver instead of say approaching around the drive thru for a straight shot to the designated area or even more safely turning into 30th then into the rear of the parking lot to directly approach the bin. But instead the Kimble driver wastes his companies time and embarrasses the customer inside Wendy's for his laziness. But that's not Wendy's fault so after assessing the situation from outside I go back in to willfully order maybe get an apology.... Oh no. The manager instead attacks me. Rather than sayin that makes logical sense and I can see that I'll definitely remember that next time instead as most he takes it personal even after I made a purchase. Blames fe for my passenger side just being a hair lined up over the line wanting to public silence me about how about taking pictures if that lol... Like okay fine do it for that 10 minutes I came in to poop, grab lunch and unexpectedly your lazy vendors fails and you are overwhelmed with your interview or whatever else to care for the customer and empathize or apologize you deserve this review. Next time use your brain Sir not lose a customer just cuz your feel secure enough to challenge a customer back as below your management style."

"30 minute wait. Food was awful and cold. Somehow worse than the Taco Bell downtown. Cursing and vulgar employees, didn’t even want the food after 20 minutes of waiting and asked for a refund but refund was refused. Edit: Puking this morning about 12 hours after consumption. 10-20 drivers were serviced while I waited on my food. Never, ever returning to this location and reported this restaurant to the health inspector. Dave’s Triple and Ghost Pepper Fries (bad mayo?)"
