"We visited on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't very busy at the time of our arrival. The hostess was very lovely and recommended seating for us. Our food was very good. The only complaint I have was the music was not my cup of tea but it was the volume. I can deal with music not of my taste. But at noon on a Saturday while I'm trying to eat and it's blaring was a bit annoying. It was even louder outside. Upon hearing it I opted to go elsewhere but I was out voted by my group. Other then that everything was decent."

"Part of a Halloween pub crawl bartenders were friendly but didn't honor any of the drink specials (none of the clubs on the crawl list did) luckily the crowd and DJ were straight lit. Came back to Punch Bowl and stayed after going to four other spots; they got me for $110 in cold beverages for the night...definitely worth it."

"I really enjoy the atmosphere of this place. It's a great place to go for a date night or to book for events such as weddings and work celebrations. The staff there are always friendly and welcoming. A great place to watch the fireworks, and for some amazing sunset views over lake Erie they have their rooftop bar. Hope you have the chance to try some of their signature juice drinks, cocktails, and punch bowls. I'm partial to the Long Islands."

"After about 2 years of being aware of this place but never having visited, I finally decided to go here on my birthday. My initial impression of the place was that is was huge and probably way more lively on the weekends as we were there on a Wednesday evening. There is certainly a lot to do with all the various games and activities. We were a bit disappointed by how the bowling lanes were as to us is seems that they have not been oiled in awhile like most bowling alleys we may visit. The bowling balls also looked like they had taken a beating as many had chips or cracks in them which made it a little challenging to bowl properly. There is a bar right near the bowling lanes so the drinks came quickly and both bar tenders were very friendly. Quite frankly, I thought all the staff members I had met were friendly! We did end up waiting over 40 minutes for the chili fries we had ordered to get to us, which struck me as odd since it definitely wasn't busy on a Wednesday evening and surely he kitchen couldn't be that swamped? The chili fries were very good as were the drinks so I was happy with all that. The final straw that made me decide to give 2 stars total was that by the time we were done bowling and ready to leave, I wanted to wash my hands. Well, I went to the men's restroom downstairs to wash my hands but there was no soap. I then went upstairs to the only other restrooms and again, no soap! There was soap in the women's restroom upstairs which I had popped in quickly to my embarrassment. Apparently men are animals that don't need to wash our hands? The funny part was the "employees must wash hands" sign above the sink. Well, I sure do hope they have employee sinks in the kitchen they use to wash their hands in at least because they surely weren't washing their hands in the regular bathrooms."

"Stopped here a few years ago for a few cocktails and some fun games. We were looking for a ping-pong table for hourly rent, and we came to the right place! It was quiet upstairs, so we had the place to ourselves. The beer was cold, the competition was fierce, and the people were nice. Fun/expansive atmosphere for persons of all ages. Didn't try the food, so can't comment. Recommend a visit if you are in the area, and looking for some fun indoor activities."
