Panera Bread

"Well they've finally done it, they've ruined the French Baguette! It was flat and dense and hard like a hockey puck (forgot to take a pic before returning it). The lady at the counter said they were all like that so I traded it in for chips. The Steak and White Cheddar sandwich is actually pretty good but pricey. The Broccoli Cheddar Soup is still good but portions are getting pretty skimpy. I don't get the Caesar Chicken Salad anymore because it's been disappointing, too many core chunks, grated cheese instead of sliced, inedible croutons. Overall I think Panera is no longer worth the price."

"Went in to order. Guy at the front was rude. He answered our questions with attitude. We have never been here before so we weren't sure about the menu. We ordered a chicken cordon melt with chips and a kids French onion soup meal. We assumed a juice box came with the kids meal so my daughter grabbed one on the way out.. The way they reacted was like she was robbing the place!! We get home and we have a hot ham sandwich, onion soup and some kind of honey walnut spread.. We will not be back"

"I truly enjoy how clean the food is at Panera but I paid, with tax over $9 for half a salad and a piece of baguette. It's difficult for me to justify the cost, but again, you never leave feeling gross. This is always a tough call. First time at this location and very clea with a pleasant staff."

"I won’t be returning back! Not only was the lady taking my order super rude rolling her eyes the whole time, but then I get my food and when I get home and open it up my soup isn’t even HALF full and the new pepperoni mozzarella melt that is supposed to be loaded was bread and four pieces of pepperoni (pictures below of what it’s supposed to look like and what I got) ! Spent 40$ here tonight and was so disappointed! I used to eat lunch here 3-4 times a week but it slowly keeps getting worse and worse!"

"I ordered a bagel in person I asked for reg cream cheese I received chives and onions I called the establishment spoke to the person who rang me up his suggestion was for me to save my bagel till the next day and bring it back because he failed to give me a receipt. I then told him that’s not going to work for me he suggested I just come up the next day and he would personally replace my order. I come the next day (I was going to come regardless because I eat the same thing everyday) and guess what he wasn’t at the register I described him to his coworkers very unique man they stared at me like they didn’t know who I could possibly be talking about. The cashier then goes to say I can’t refund you for an order based on a description of a cashier my response was I wasn’t asking for a refund I was asking if that worker was there.. long story short I ordered my order again (b/c I had to be to work didn’t have time to argue) and this time the bagel is burnt I’m very unpleased and as I stated I get the same thing everyday I’ve never had an issue until yesterday. Not to mention the drive thru was closed due to short staff so they knew who the cashier was but wouldn’t say understandable but still messed up because I spent my money and didn’t receive what I paid for. Update: after writing my review I was offered a free pastry which I did receive thank you"
