"I ordered a double Big Mac meal no onions, I get home and they put extra onions on every single patty on the burger and one of my patty’s was literally folded in half???? I had a long busy day at work and was going to get Taco Bell, but they were busy so I got McDonald’s and double big bags hit nicely after a long shift and now I’m tired and sad"
"The ladies working the drive-thru at breakfast are fast and friendly. I have been here a few times now as I recently moved to the area, and service has been fast and everyone has been pleasant and smiling. Even the food seems better. They don't over toast the english muffins like so many other Mcdonald's do. I cant speak for lunch, but for breakfast this location is doing wonderful in my opinion."
"Went here for a late lunch early dinner with a family member. When they brought us our food- I told the service worker that we were missing a large fry. They acted like I was immediately in the wrong and that I did not specify on the order- WHEN I DID TELL THEM THAT I ORDERED TWO LARGE FRIES- NOT ONE! I would avoid this location until that have staff members that can do their job right instead of acting the way that they did toward me and the loved one I was with. Unacceptable!"
"The restaurant is regularly busy as you would expect. However, this morning I used the mobile order for a latte and I was charged. I arrived at the store they said they didn’t have latte. That means they just didn’t want to make the latte or they hadn’t maintenance the machine or ensure that they had the proper ingredients. That being said, I had no issue at that time, and I just asked for a refund. The lady that assisted me with glasses was unable to provide any assistance and told me the transaction would just cancel on its own. Well, the order showed it was waiting to be picked up and then the order still got finalized I was charged. I tried calling back to the store and couldn’t get any help. I got hung up on a few times. So now I have to contact McDonald’s corporate office because of this point it’s the principle."
"Stopped on my way to work to get breakfast for myself and coworker. Ordered 2 big breakfasts with hotcakes and get to work and no hot cakes. 10 people in the place and not only do you got to wait for 5 mins at the speaker to order, they have you wait for eggs and then forget the hot cakes."
