"The last 5 times we ordered from here for a pick up, the quality of food and amount of food was subpar. You ask for light sour cream but they dump an excessive amount, there is only a tiny bit of meat. The rice has been hard 3 out of 5 times. Then you message them and they apologize but doesn't do anything about it. Hey offered to give me 3 free soft drinks but never sent the email to me. They increased their prices but give you less food. Extremely disappointed. We were coming here at least once week. I dont think we will come back here again."
"I came in at 9:48pm for a burrito. They close at 11pm. They were out of all meat except chicken. I know you want to leave right when the store closes but come on at least cook enough food to serve customers before you clean so you can close. I’m at sheets."
"they came off negatively because of the service. short-staffed, didn't get a manager when asked. food is fresh and bussin tho and they made my burrito extra big (9v battery for scale) so it's okay i hope everything's okay in there"
"Worst Chipotle there is, every time I go here there is always issues. Ordered a chicken quesadilla, got a cheese quesadilla with chicken on the side. Rice was not fully cooked. Avoid this place!!"
"Shame on me… I have been warned about this place plenty of times…Literally that last time I ever come to this location ever again. This place stays dirty ALL the time. The tables are never wiped down. Literally every single table was dirty with food on them. They have staff all the time when I do go in there, so I don’t understand why this place is never kept up with like ever. Definitely walked right out because if they keep this place like this then most likely they are most definitely NOT washing their hands. Also very unprofessional they stay talking about personal business while on the line attending people. Also they take FOREVER to make your food. So yeah I will be HONORED to keep it pushing somewhere else honey ! ✌️✌️"
