Piada Italian Street Food

"Went into Piada in parma to order take out order- my wife and I already looked at the menu online so we knew exactly what we wanted. Upon attempting to order our meals- the gentleman taking our order said he had no idea what we were trying to order and that they didn’t make it. Weird because if I would have just ordered it online- you would have made it… continued and ordered a pepperoni stick and asked to confirm that it was coming with the sauce and the cashier said nope we don’t have anymore. Again weird because I’m literally LOOKING at the sauce you just need to put in a to-go cup. It was terrible service overall. Food was decent."

"I went in on the snowiest day of the year and the workers greeted me with such positive welcoming energy. The manager Melissa is so sweet and even gave me a gift card to come back and get food again. Not to mention food was prepared exactly as expected, definitely going to return here!!!"

The pasta was so delicious and they even gave my son fresh strawberries which he loved! I thought that was very thoughtful! It’s very welcoming considering my family just moved to the area.
