"This used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant. Unfortunately I called the other day to order my favorite dish(governor's Chicken)that I have been ordering for over 20 years along with my family, they told me they don't carry that dish anymore. Governor's Chicken was one of the best chicken dishes they had. I won't be back any time soon. Sad to see this place has lost its touch."

"I've never been disappointed until today. I order the appetizer chicken teriyaki..(app-meaning -ON THE STICK) BUT I received the meal with rice. When I called hoping to correct my order because I can not eat what they sent I was told that I ordered wrong because I didn't say on the stick. (?) I clearly said appetizer..since when does an appetizer come with rice? I would have ate it if it tastes good but this I can not eat. So bummed. I don't get to order out too often so I guess I just don't eat tonight because she refused to even exchange it claiming they were very busy.. SINCE WHEN DOES AN APP COME IN A CARTON WITH A LOT OF RICE?"
