Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Real nice building, line wasn't long, staff was quick and nice. My only problem was that the food was pretty cold. The corn was frozen! It was like they pulled it out of the freezer a little before we got in and hoped it would thaw (I didn't, had to microwave food when we got home)."

"This has to be the dirtiest chipotle I’ve ever been to. I was there at 8:52 PM on January 29, 2024. I went to make an order in the food look like it was 37 days old. All the food was mixed. Cross contamination at its highest form. If there was zero stars, I would definitely give this place that. I go to Chipotle quite often. This one just happened to be on my way home so I figured I would stop and get something to eat. I looked at the food, and how dirty and nasty place looked and was , turned around walked right out. I’ll find another chipotle. On my way home. I will never step foot back in this location."

"Chipotle Mexican grill located on Lorain is a great Chipotle, in matter of fact I believe is the best in a large region! The service and quality of the food is up to standards and there's nothing to complain there! The employees are quick and friendly to hard accented and people with speaking or hearing problems! A great Chipotle location for locals and people I'd say 20-30 minutes away!"

"Walked in at 8pm and no line. Waited for 5 minutes before being helped, while 4 employees stood there talking/walking around. Customer service was awful, instead of “Sorry for the inconvenience, we are out of cheese and chips”, I was greeted with a loud “Ain’t no cheese and chips.” Employees had AirPods in as well, which I’m sure is against policy. Food was cold and it’s the first time it took 10+ minutes to get my order and walk out the door, even with legitimately no line. Management clearly has given up, this used to be a nice location. Hire the right people, get the right results. Do better."

"I came in for one large side of guacamole because the location in Fairview Park ran out, didn't tell us it wasn't on our online order, and just substituted queso, which no one in our family can eat. I was grateful to see that they had guacamole at this location, but was very disappointed when I got home and realized that almost my entire container of guacamole was an unripe avocado (see picture). I made an extra stop to get the item that was messed up by another location and still ended up not having guacamole that I ordered. Chipotle never gets orders right, but this night of orders has been particularly frustrating."
