"I've been coming here since Dr. MCcarthy, was the Doctor. Then Vanessa, took over when the Doctor retired So it's been years! I thought I had a good repore here but when I called last week, Andrea, answered the phone, and I wanted to make an appointment. She let me know I had been discharged, and was no longer a patient of theirs. That I couldn't get any meds and go to the nurse hotline! Because I had missed 3 appointments in the years I've been coming there. She said you should get a letter and good bye, I'm still devastated and now have no Doctor or medication!"

"I been going to this places for years its been a few months since I been call today to get seen a new lady answer the phone when I say she was nasty she didn't knew how to talk to people when you ask her questions she gets smart I told her this is ur job you answer phone and make app she keep getting smart she was so nasty I used to love seening people to this offices because of the doctor and the staff but I will never seen anybody there and I'm thinking to change offices due to the lady who answers the phone she should not have a job answering phones.."
