CVS 36008 Detroit Road, Avon, OH 44011

"Refills take over 30 days to fill or more and prescription deliveries charge your card then send you a message and tell you come pick it up without giving you your money back. This store needs to be closed down. I moved up the street and transferred my prescriptions here. I ended up having to get all new prescriptions because not only do they not answer the phone when I call but my new pharmacy couldn’t get a hold of them to transfer my prescriptions. I had to start all over with new prescriptions from my doctor at a new pharmacy. What a hassle. In the mean time I was out my medication for over a month while I tried to get a hold of this CVS. Google CVS and read about the sanctions and fines that CVS has received for this type of behavior."

"The worst pharmacy. My doctor and I have had so many issues with them. Their communication is horrible and it takes them forever to fill prescriptions. Obviously I had to switch to another pharmacy."

"So not go to this store. A pharmacy tech named Melia gave my husband the wrong allergy medicine and it can’t be returned. I cannot take the one they gave and she never showed my husband the product and now I can’t get anymore . It’s returnable . I want this Melia fired and I will call in the morning and do everything within my power to make sure that that happens. This just wasn’t a minor inconvenience. It was a huge inconvenience, which cost me a lot of money. Do not use this pharmacy. They’re horrible."

"Not enough staff, I see a difference in treatment , the blind long hair lady in front rude , but the people in pharmacy (Jenny) very nice and polite, the place has everything expected in a pharmacy but the location is bad due traffic, hard to enter and exit the place"
