"I came all the way from Rhode Island to visit family, the experience was all so amazing until i came here. We were all trying to get some sandwiches and the workers were rude and CHEAP! I ordered an Italian BMT. Now how are you going to not add as much meat, but DROWN the sandwich in lettuce??? All the cookies were gone so my kids couldn’t get any cookies. And when my cousin asked if they could get one more sandwich for our grandma, they rolled their eyes, huffed and puffed, and they were shouting at him when he asked politely if they could repeat what they just said. im usually magnanimous, but this was a TERRIBLE SUBWAY, TERRIBLE WORKERS, TERRIBLE SPOT TO GO TO. GO TO ANY OTHER ONE. NEVER THIS ONE!!"
"We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. We have not been to this location in I don't even know how long, but it appears it is under new owners. It was so clean and inviting. The order area was exceptionally clean, stocked, and the food actually looked fresh. We ordered 3 subs and they were built like you see them in the commercials. Full of ingredients and not sloppy at all. The staff was smiling, friendly, and very patient with our young daughter as she made her selections. We dined in and the dining area again was so also very clean. I'm glad we gave this location another chance because these new owners are making this a bright spot in Goshen."
"Probably the best subway location out there. Fresh and clean. They were cleaning their windows for 2 hours the other day so if they care that much about windows then I'm sure the kitchen is clean as well. Only thing that sucks is they don't accept the promos from online. Overall best subway location."

"This Subway was bought by new owners in January, 2021. I went 2 or 3 times in the summer. Poor service, the store is not clean, and they raised prices. Last time I chose A Chinese Takeout, instead of this Subway. They have lost my business."
