"I had high hopes when I ordered a lemon drop from the bar and it was as good as any I've had. I got a prime rib grilled cheese and my husband got the chicken and waffles. We ended up trying each other's food and we're going back tomorrow. I could eat about 50 of those waffles. There was a caramelization on top of the waffle I'm going to dream about tonight. The chicken was well seasoned and perfectly cooked. It's been a long time since I had chicken in a restaurant that wasn't dry. My sandwich was full of seasoned, flavorful fall-apart tender prime rib slices and smoky and melty cheeses. If you order a grilled cheese you're looking for that crunch and cheese pull when you bite into the bread, and I wasn't disappointed. The rosemary aoli was not overpowering and was a perfect compliment to the smoky savory flavors. I'm going to explore the menu but I know I'll order this sandwich again."

"Cute place, but honestly, for the price point of the food, I was very dissatisfied. Chili tasted like it came from a can and wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese. Nashville Hot sandwich had some sort of weird cucumber mixture on it that didn't pair well with the chicken. For 18.00 for a chicken sandwich with cucumbers and canned chill that was a bit much. Potatoe skins (5 quarters, which equaled 1 1/4 potatoes) were average. For 10 bucks for 1.25 potatoes and a small cup of sour cream again, the price point seemed a bit much. Everyone raves about this place. It was charming and well decorated and the staff was courteous, but the food left much to be desired unfortunately. I wanted to love it, but I didn't."

"Super cool atmosphere. Service was good & food selections were good. Everything tasted amazing. We will be back! We got the fried green tomatoes and the sauce was sooooo good. Fried cod was crispy and full of flavor & the burger was cooked to request temp and juicy."

"Had dinner here last Sunday evening. I had the pulled pork sandwich and fries and my wife had the shrimp and grits. We split/shared a spinach salad. For an appetizer we had the fried green tomatoes. The food was very good. The fried green tomatoes seemed to have a somewhat Cajun flair. They were good tho. The dinner was very good. The pulled pork had a very nice Smokey flavor with just the perfect amount of coleslaw topped off on it. I don’t like a lot. It was just right. My wife was pleased with her shrimp and grits. I must say I was pleased to see that I could order a Fretboard brew to wash it all down as they are local and definitely one of the best microbrews in town."
