"I realize that this restaurant is keen on students who need jobs which is amazing. But I guess the training is not on point because when I went yesterday, I counted 12 times we had waitresses and managers go back and forth to fix things. Forgetting items, getting orders incorrect, and they weren't able to remember things we asked for like boxes. These things are all fixable, but we ended up leaving about 20-30 minutes past what we were supposed to."
"The remodel is beautiful, the other LaRosa's locations need to step up their game (Anderson). The food was served hot and fresh and was delicious as always. The server was amazing and so accommodating. It was an enjoyable lunch."
"Placed an order thru website. When I picked it up, and after I paid, I was told they messed one of the pizzas up. And I could take it the way it is or they’d remake it. At first I said remake it, but quickly changed my mind and said I just want a refund on the whole order. Of course they needed a mgr for that. The mgr tried to only refund the pizza they messed up. I told him I want the whole order refunded. He refunded it, without an I’m sorry or anything from any of the people working behind the counter. Also, as I was standing there an employee was standing there at the prep station eating in plain view of the customers. Gross and disgusting . I called customer service and requested that the store mgr call me. I will update this post after/if I hear or not hear from the mgr."
"Great local pizza chain. Stopped for lunch Sunday after church right at opening time. Sauce is unique, a touch sweeter than most. My preference is toward a spicier sauce but LaRosas is flavorful enough to make it worth a visit. They also do a unique cross with Montgomery Inn with a barbecue pizza. Their salads are really good. The Creamy Garlic dressing is excellent. If you haven't been there in several years most locations now serve beer and wine. Service was good."
