Burger King

"Don't even try this location. Nothing but problems here. Ordered on the app last night for inside dining at 6 pm. Doors were locked, went to the drive thru where cars were back up. They weren't taking orders. One guy stuck in the drive thru line tried to go to the front door to get attention. I drove around and saw employees working so slow. After the cars in the drive thru finally just drive off, I drove to the window since the app already charged my card. Took forever to get a dry cold whopper. Previously waited 45 stuck in the drive thru wasted my lunch hour before getting out of the drive thru line and contacting corporate for a refund. Before that I ordered a whopper with no mayo. Drove away and reached in the bag, I got a handful of mayo. The worker had smothered probably a full cup of mayo as a prank. It was all inside the bag, oozing out of the wrapper. I was so mad I went back to talk to the manager, since it was obviously intentional. The manager didn't care. Just remade the whopper."

"I love Bk always have always will. BUT, i went here on lunch break today, when i walk in there was no one in front of me waiting for food. I walk up to the counter, 3 crew members look at me, no one comes to take my order. Then finally this lady comes up and says "ill be with you in a min" 7 mins later she comes to take my order. After she takes my order i walk over to the pop machine, i LOVE the freestyle machines they are the best. I tap the screen, they are out of almost everything. Thankfully they had my Mello Yellow i love. I proceed to get my drink, i look around for lids for my large cup. There are 4 on top of where they should be, all scattered around im like ehh okay whatever. I then proceeded to my table set my drink and jacket down, walk back up to wait another 11 mins for my food, I then get my food and i notice they have no ketchup, and if you know me i LOVE ketchup. So i ask "do you guys have any ketchup" lady says "oh no were out?" So she walked over to the counter and opened up the door and pulled out a box and let me grab some out which was nice of her. I then go to sit down and I look at this booth thats across a little way from me, there this what looks like "homeless" person sleeping in this booth with a laptop plugged in, crocs on the floor with her feet out of them and covered up with a blanket with trash all over the table.... Thank god the food was fresh, good burger fries and drink no complaints there, mainly just the waiting and how the place looked. i would only come back if it were the last BK around. I would rather drive to Milford and be late getting back to work than go here again."

"Went to the Amelia Ohio Burger King 2 weeks ago. Wanted to try their new mushroom and swiss melt. Was told they had no cheese. Counter person just replied no truck till the next day. I thought ok it happens. Went there yesterday now I'm told they have no buns or mushrooms. What kind of place does this!!! Do you not know how to order?? Guess your franchise doest care to serve your customers food you advertise. This place is poorly run with people who are rude and appearance wise very unprofessional."

"The past 3 times going here have been aggravating. I told the lady I wanted the two for $6 deal which was a big chicken and a Big King. I was charged full price for the big Chicken which was $5 and I told the lady I never got the Big King. She told me I never ordered the Big King. I specifically said "I'll take the 2 for 6 deal....one big king and one big chicken" Why would she tell me I never ordered the Big King? I know what I ordered. Why tell me that I'm lying? I didn't come here to lie, I came here to order a 2 for 6 deal. They then rang me up for a $3 burger and gave me a big king, making it a 2 for $8 and gave me an attitude. The very next time I went through the drive thru (months later) I told my gf "watch this they'll probably give me an attitude for no reason." I ordered my girlfriend just the Big Fish Combo, let's say it's the number 5 I think. My gf then told me that she didn't want lettuce or pickles on it, just plain with mayonnaise. The problem occured when my gf told me this the worker asked me if I wanted anything else atvthe same time. I didn't respond to the worker INSTANTLY because I was listening to my gf in the passenger seat so the worker yelled "HELLO!!" through the speaker very rudely at me. Ive never had to raise my voice at a worker in my life but I had to shout "HOLD ON!!" because both of them were talking at once. Surprising the worker lowered her voice and said "ok" so then I told her to make sure it's plain with just mayonnaise. Then I pull up to the first window and it's someone else who was very polite. I guess when you don't have to see the person who orders they are more likely to give an attitude. Nobody else was even in line so there shouldn't have been any rush."

"We live in Amelia and I go there drive thru for breakfast croissant sandwiches. For months now I would have to wait 5 minutes at least for them to take my order and another 5 minutes to receive it BUT there is a new worker in window taking orders and getting money and giving you your food . He has a great voice on the speaker asking for order, by the time you pay him he has your food ready within two minutes. WHAT A CHANGE!!!GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE, GIVE HIM A PROMOTION (but do not take him off that window) HE HAS SAVED YOUR RESTAURANT! Go back customers and give Burger King in Amelia another chance and say hello to my adult man in the window."
