"This is the worst restaurant EVER!! Went in thru drive thru ordered 4 meals at 834 at night pulled around to the front at 838 said they was out of breasts biscuits and when they said they could substitute hush puppies for the biscuits we said no and they said we’ll get fresh biscuits in 15 min came out 20 min later with our food with hush puppies ( we said we did want) and continued to hand over these meals that looked so dry and old I took pictures!! Nasty just disgusting!! I paid 50$ for 4 meals that was not even edible!! So I just threw 50$ in-the TRASH!! I will NEVER GO BACK!! I will contact corporate And some how they will refund me!!! EVERYTHING WAS COLD! IM PISSED ! I WILL NOT GO BACK!!"
"Fish/ fish batter undercooked/ raw. The fries taste like shrimp. Mt.dew tasted bad as well. Customer service was fine."
"Terrible food, happened more than once but not anymore. I hate complaining but just a heads up to check your food folks. My fish was so burnt most of it was empty lol. Cold fries, gave me a fork for no reason and didn’t give me napkins. Food tasted burnt as can be clearly they just re dropped instead of making new. Beware"
"I'm not sure if it's management, or crew dropping the ball here; but it's rough. The front counter and inside orders were completely ignored for the drive-thru. My order was already bumped when I asked about it fifteen minutes later. It took another ten or so to get our food. It was thrown together and incomplete. The dining room needed cleaned as well. I'll update if I go back."
