"They had me pull up (I’m guessing to keep their drive-thru times down) even though nobody was behind me. Waited probably like 5 minutes and a young lady ran my food out I checked it real quick and noticed a missing hash brown. She said sorry and would run it back out. She ran in and ran right back out and said “Breakfast is over would you like a fry instead”? I was like Na I will just take my money back for the missing hash browns and she told me I had to come inside for that. I go in and the blond manager lady could’ve cared less and just handed me the 2.50 that I paid. I understand restaurant chains have changed over procedure and it has to be met to be ready for the lunch crowd, but were only talking about dropping some hash browns into the grease to fix the mistake that you made. The lack of any kind of care or customer service at this location is why I will be never returning."

"The lady at drive thru window was very pleasant and polite. I ordered breakfast croissants. This location changed the croissant roll. The roll they had was disgusting. It was not a croissant but more like a doughy nasty bun to resemble a croissant. I have always enjoyed the nice flaky croissant. Should not have changed"

"We waited 17 minutes for are food. We were in the drive through. Finally my husband went inside. They had to make our food. That took them a few more minutes. They didn’t remake the whopper jrs. So they were cold and hard. Same with the fry’s. I won’t be going back. In all fairness to BK. When I complained at the corporate level, all my money was returned."

"Terrible service my last 3 visits. I will never return. I tried today to give this location one last time. Today my specific sandwich was made wrong. You would think they would have an interest in making the sandwich correctly NOPE! Just shove a like sandwich out the window without any concern of the original order specifications. That alone shows the lack of concern. Instead of asking for another I just picked off the undesired toppings ,which everyone hates to do. I have heard this location has had recent management changes in the last year or so and this place is literally the office joke of this areas worst service. On my last visit I ordered 2 of the same breakfast sandwiches and received 3. Normally I would have just donated the third sandwich which was incorrect but it was the only sandwich which was warm. The other 2 sandwiches were room temperature at best on 1 and the other was as it came out of the fridge. MANAGEMENT get your team together and look at the recent poor reviews or you will be sorry! Your competition will make good until resolved."
