"This is my go to for breakfast. I only ever had one experience where the food was not to my liking and they fixed it right away. I’ve been here at least 50 times and always ask for Rian. She’s the best and this bobs is the best! Can’t wait for my next visit"
"I was at this Bob Evans on Gilmore Rd on Sunday morning, December 17th 2023 with my daughter. The server was so sullen and poorly groomed I wondered if we should have gone there. I ordered French toast and bacon. The bacon was barely cooked so asked her to please take it back and get it crispy for me. Between 10 and 15 minutes later is when I saw the bacon again and had eaten most of the French toast which I would like to have had with my bacon. While waiting for the bacon to come I was facing the cooking area behind the counter and I noticed the hostess for this morning had gone behind the counter and was rubbing and picking her nose. It sickened me. I doubt that I will never eat there again. When I asked for the check it took the server almost 15 minutes to bring it. The place is not clean and I will not be back."
"The items were completely delicious. They were wonderful. I had an omelet, biscuits, fruit, & sausages. I requested honey for my biscuits; it was a great, delicious one! The biscuits at Bob Evans nowadays are so really delicious. 40-45 years ago, the biscuits were a very, very cake-like biscuit; very puffy & cake-y. They are now so soft & rich; they are terrific. The honey on them is wonderful. Its a wonderfully flavored honey, it always is. Some honey is just not wonderful."
"We had not been in Bob Evans in a long time. I got hot chocolate and it was not good. I don't know if the change was corporate wide or not. It obviously was made with water. It used to be thicker than water and so creamy. What a disappointment. My husband said the coffee also was not as good as it used to be. I was given hard biscuits. The waitress said if I wanted different ones she'd get them. Well, I did If she said that to me, why didn't she just give me the fresh ones?"
