Little Caesars Pizza

"Called in to place an order for a special pizza. When the phone was answered I was told to hold on, over 20 minutes. When I got to the store I was still on hold, not a single customer was inside, and the employees were playing on their phones or walking around looking at the ceiling."

"While the pizza is always good. The last time I visited this establishment I realized how poor they were when it comes to their cleanliness such as washing their hands. I never once saw anyone wash their hands and often saw them rub something off of their hands and proceeded to put toppings on a pizza several times. I also saw that he came straight to the register punched in an order and went right back to making pizza and not wash his hands. They did not wear gloves this day either. This establishment does not practice cleanliness when preparing food. They are amazing people and provide great service all the time. I would love to see some hand washing."

"Pizza came rock hard and the cheese had a hole in the middle, we called the store and they HUNG UP without even us asking to remake or refunding the order. We called again and they ended the dial. We called the THIRD time and they picked up the phone and said there was nothing wrong with that order and hung up. We called again and listened to them trash talk us. In all my years of customer service, I’ve never experienced such poor and rude customer service. Unacceptable and the employee should not be working there."

"2 weeks in a row on sundays, we have had very Very poor service. Manager is not very good at deligating at all. Doesn't at least acknowledge customers even while walking past the OPEN pick up window for at least 15 minutes while walking past and looking straight at us. The atmosphere was uncomfortable one Sunday. They're all screaming at each other. One employee was making remarks about how they were going to end up on the news. If enough hands is the issue (especially on football sundays), then the hiring manager needs to HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES!!"

"Little Caesars is always famous being known for inexpensive Ok-ish pizzas. For the amount of money that you spend to get a pie here you can’t really complain about quality, let’s be honest. That said, it’s been a long time since I’ve come back. I gave it a try and I came out kind of surprised. It’s obvious that they’ve gone through a revamp in the interior. If you have the APP you can order and pay up front and just come pick up your pie at the always hot center they have."
