"Food is never fresh tasting or it's over cooked and hard. TheFreeze machine is ALWAYS down. We have tried to order one at various times of day/night and it's always the same answer. Why even put up the signs if you are not going to sell the product? The workers are all nice that we have talked with. So positive on that part at least."
"Should get no stars considering I haven’t been able to order food from their drive-thru, during their posted operating hours, on multiple occasions. I love Taco Bell’s breakfast so went there this morning and admittedly got there 4 minutes before they opened so I respectfully waited till 7am before pulling into the drive-thru. When I tried to order I was told that they weren’t open yet so responded by saying it was 7am and again was told that they weren’t open yet. I arrived there at 7am on two other separate occasions to there being traffic cones blocking their drive thru. I am sure the owner of this franchise would not be happy to learn that the staff there is turning away customers during normal operating hours. If they can’t accommodate customers during their posted business hours then those times should be adjusted to reflect when they can actually serve. This is a time and gas waister for me when I am on my way into work, was a regular customer but not anymore."
"I’m out $54 in food. But while the teenagers in drive through can make sure to mess around and give me 1000 packets of sauce, I somehow get screwed on my food. Manager “Steve” or “Gary” he kept changing his name was the most unprofessional and rude person I’ve delt with. Music blaring in the background. This is probably the 5th time I’ve had a horrible experience and will be my last time there. Doesn’t matter if it’s lunch, dinner or 2 am. Same guaranteed horrible service. Taking consistency to another level"
