"Food was cold. Not edible at all. Nuggets were overcooked. So was the chicken for the wraps. The wraps were done poorly. Way too much extra Tortilla for what it was. Overall bad experience"
"Went as soon as they open. Not many good locations left in Cincinnati. Drove here right after they opened. In and out of line in less than 2 mins. Just opened, so food hot and fresh and lady at the windown with the glasses was very pleasant."
"Great burgers and a very clean place to eat as well. Its in a great spot for us in the roofing business to stop by and get a meal for lunch. Never had a bad experience with anyone. It's always been fast and efficient."
"I was just there, and the girl who took my order was texting on her phone while I ordered. After I ordered, she asked me to repeat my order while she took an earbud out of one of her ears. Obviously, she's not going to hear my order if she's listening to something on an earbud and texting."
"The staff here is profoundly astonishing not smart at all. I placed a mobile order everything was supposed to be plain get home surprise full of wet garbage I requested to not have on my food. No problem go back up there oh no sorry the doors are locked at 7pm which they are allegedly open but no the door is locked. Wait in the long slow moving drive thru explained my situation. Get the food wrong again. At least the manager was nice but her staff is a bunch of clowns who can't read or follow directions"
