"After way too long of being a customer here, I give up. Service is usually good. But the food is extremely skimpy and bland. Out of all the Domino's I've tried (alot of them) this one has consistency problems. Steak hoagies are always dry. They are either slightly underdone or overdone depending on who's working. They put the sauce and everything else all on top. How about putting a little sauce on bottom with the condiments and a little sauce on top with the cheese. Pasta bowls are a waste. Chicken carbonara? Good luck finding any chicken. As well as only ever getting half a bowl. Pizzas? Good luck finding an adequate amount of any toppings with the exception of their sausage. Only because it is very poor quality with about 50% filler. These kinds of things all fall on management. Which has failed at enforcing any formality in training employees in doing a good job each and every time. As for being skimpy, I'm reasonably going to assume it is to ensure management gets their incentive bonus based on food cost. Either that, or being skimpy on everything makes them have to do less prep because they're lazy. It's one or the other. Or both. Doesn't matter now because they've lost this customer and 9 other people for good. I don't even care to redeem my rewards points."
"It's fine if nothing goes wrong but if something does go wrong good luck getting your money back. There was an accident on my road preventing the driver from getting through so they called me to see if I wanted to come pick it up (because the accident wouldn't block me as well??) They ended up canceling the order and said that I would be refunded in a couple of days. I've spoken with them twice now and still haven't gotten a refund. Guess who is getting their pizza from Marco's from now on.."
"Clean place to eat and get good pies. If you are in the know there are chain domino's and independent ones. This one is local and the quality is there. Suggest the app and use the car side delivery. Being that it's pretty much in the center of town you'll be able to get your pie if you decide to get it without delivery."
