"I give 1 star because of two Gold Stars indicating they are open this one keeps re-affirming their hours but never actually stay open the hours they state. So you waste your gas and time driving here for nothing. Don't bother."
"The kids running this Gold Star are so unprofessional, rude and have a lot to learn. The food was sloppy, things falling off the plates etc. the waitress basically asked “what do you want?” with straight attitude while taking our orders and the manager (whom I’ve seen a few times before in there) is extremely immature. I just don’t think going into this location is worth it, just go elsewhere"
"Me and my children became sick after eating the chilly cheese fries, and then we couldn't even eat the coneys because they was extra soggy and I live only 5 min away. I ate 2 of the coneys out of 10 coneys before leaving the parking lot, and the bread was already soggy and watery, and I should have returned the whole order at that very moment but I didn't because I didn't want to be late for work. I paid $45. I was in a hurry to get to work as a night shifter and so the surprise by getting Gold Star coneys was a very bad idea because we became sick later that day. My son ended up sick later that day, and became sick the next morning. I had to get to a hospital and they had to insert a IV in my arm because I couldn't hold anything down at work as a driver, and I wish l would have returned the food when my instincts said to do so! And The smell was very off and different, and I just don't understand why the prices is so expensively high nowadays for that kind of experience and smell. Waist of my money and time and I wish I can undo turning in that Gold Star parking lot! and I apologize to my children for not returning the food! I did tell them not to eat the coneys because they was to soggy so they ate the chilly cheese fries and we all still became ill ... ! And those back round workers was standing in the background looking like they didn't want to be there like they job was terrible or something, but the drive threw girl was polite and nice! That's me and my family experience!"
"Ordered 4 burritos in drive thru and they were all really cold. Went inside to get new ones and they didn't taste right. $28 down the drain. Then called manager and she went off and hung up on me. Horrible horrible. Will never go back"
