Despite the initial frustration of having to return inside to address the issue, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service provided by the employee. They swiftly remedied the situation by preparing a fresh sandwich with the requested extra pickles. This level of attentiveness and willingness to make things right truly exemplifies top-notch customer service. Though the hiccup was inconvenient, the prompt resolution left me satisfied with my Popeyes experience."
"The worst Popeyes I ever been to. They will have you waiting forever in the drive thru without any reason. I came and they have closed early. This place is a joke . They need new management or something. Please close this location and re open under new management. Go to the Forest Park location if you didn't want to wait an hour before someone gets to you."
"They advertised the family meal deal online AND at the location but then say it isn’t going on no more? They don’t know why the deal is online or even why they got it advertised in the store? On the sign? We got half filled rice and beans and were given individual sides of Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes when we ordered lg sides. Slinging some chicken is beyond the rude employees capabilities. But “what you want” should have been my first indication to go elsewhere"
"I got a delivery from Uber eats, they sent me packets of their hot sauce instead of an actual spicy chicken sandwich, and didn’t include the biscuit I had ordered. No apology was given when I called, simply “we use spicy mayo not sweet heat sauce. We aren’t out of the sandwiches”. Then I said ok I was just wondering because I was sent sauce instead and went ok nevermind which she replied “yeah ok”. At least apologize Edit: went from two stars to 1 star, after posting this an hour later I have diarrhea. Really confused on this experience as this isn’t the quality food I’ve been given before here or at other locations"
"Got the 10 or 12 ghost peeper and they were good but if your looking for actually hot then just go spicy, these shouldn't be a ghost pepper anything cause they ain't hot. But if your a type of pepper where like pepper is hot or your right above that it may be to you but not to anyone looking for actual ghost pepper hot. Guess it's just for marketing"
