"Food is cold waited over 15 minutes in Drive through for Fast Food…. Didn’t even give us a condiments as we asked at the window. This place has gone down hill. Burger just doesn’t taste right it even looks more pink."

"This is not the same Big Boy restaurant that I remember from the 90's. Fries had no flavor. Chicken was just missing something. Soda was packed with ice, hardly any beverage. Didn't review the 6 montha ago when I i visited. Gave it another chance. Same as before."

"Well this is a place we used to frequent weekly. We quit going for a few years, we would walk in and wait, 15 minutes and not be seated, people would see us. It wasn't crowded, just ignored. The owner of this Frisch's (not sure who owns it now) had called out a waitress who was learning how to do her job. He scorned her in the middle of the restaurant, she was balling her eyes out. I understand if she needed guidance, take her in the back and talk to her, nope he was yelling at this poor girl. The "bar area" where the Veterans usually sit, was full, I approached the "owner/man in charge" I told him that was unprofessional, unneeded, and I was there to eat not listen to him humiliate that girl. He said she wasn't sweeping, I wanted her to sweep, (tons of people in here BTW) I said fine, don't tell loudly at her, especially in public, looks really bad on you and this local restaurant. He lowered his head and went into the back, not coming back again. The people in the restaurant clapped and said yeah he was rude. The table of vet's said thank you. He's like that all the time. Well a friend of mine asked to go there, so I said ok. The service was Great, it was an old waitress we like, the food was quick, and hot. Refills plentiful as well. I don't know if that fella still owns or runs it, but this time after a long time was pleasant. Thank you."
