The rude look I got when I asked for extra ranch could not have gotten more rude, and it's not like they were busy, when I walked in 8 servers were huddled around on their phones or gossiping... absolutely terrible... "I have both dined in and ordered takeout. I have called in several times and made the simplest of orders (like 20 wings) only to go pick up my food and find out that they got my order wrong. Then they would make me wait forever, standing at the counter, holding up the checkout line, while they tried to fix my order. The management of this place stinks worse than a pile of mule dung. Their service completely stinks. It doesn’t matter if you’re eating in or ordering to go. Save yourself a headache and find somewhere else to eat. This place doesn’t care about the customer at all. All they seem to care about in my opinion is the money. I think that it would be a better use of their restaurant space to close the place down and give a new business the opportunity to serve the people of Harrison. I refuse to give them my business anymore and my advice to you is that you should also, for your own best interest. Have yourself a great day and just skip this place."
