"I understand a lot of people love this restaurant. I applaud you. This is the second time I have tried their food in the past 6 years. 2 different locations. The taste is not good. I felt like 2 different meats and they tasted the same and should be seasoned differently. The meat and veggie portions are too small. A ton of rice though. The chips were stale. No spicy choices. No sauces. This is not for me. The cashier was very nice and pleasant."
"Ordered 2 bowls online, and when I got home, they were half full. Looking through the reviews apparently this happens way too much. If you order here, make sure you go in so you can babysit the employees. It was absolutely ridiculous, and If I was the manager I would be utterly embarrassed. Pitiful and an absolute shame."
"No matter what time of day we visit this location they are out of something. This time was sour cream. This trip was saved by perfectly cooked steak and a free reward for guac."
"I love Chipotles new seasonal steak but so far every time I have ordered it from this location it looks nothing like the steak from other locations. It looks overcooked and as if it is always just sitting there for a while. It is hard to chew and makes me just want to throw the whole bowl away. I work by the Chipotle in Clifton by UC Hospital and they are always on point with the steak and it's a night and day difference on how it is made. Please try to care about the food you're serving people. If it was you would you eat that?"
"Dropped in here for a little evening dinner well in Harrison Ohio. Let me tell ya this place is packed I saw the line probably 25 people deep very very busy. As you can see from the pictures this is your standard chipotle chain with everything you would expect. I would say it was good in every way except for their spicy tofu which I usually kind of like was really pretty neglected and dry you see from the picture it really kinda look like sawdust tried to pass on that go with steak instead. Rowan all I’d give us place a double thumbs up you can tell that they pack a lot of punch with a lot of people and they seem to do pretty good job the place was clean nice everything you’ve come to expect. If you’re in the area and you know which one is chipotle this will definitely get your fix for you"
