"Burger was raw not once but twice and when I showed them the first time they just took it with no reaction no sorry nothing. Acted like it’s the 5th time they done it. Manager said she has a new guy cooking the burgers which is not very smart or manager like at all lol"

"Came through the drive thru and ordered a muffin breakfast sandwich and a coffee, i arrived at work and began to unpack my food and noticed that it wasn't what i had ordered. Was given a croissant sandwich instead, the only item on my order that wasn't incorrect was the coffee.This isn't the first time this location has gotten my orders wrong."
"Hit and miss today. I wanted a place to chill for a bit and since there was some sort of event in downtown Harrison, Wendy's was my target. Easy parking and the young lady at the counter took my order and it was correct. Nuggets were hot. Junior Cheeseburger Deluxe didn't have any cheese. No ketchup in either dispenser at the counter, so I let the young lady know. They did have a few ketchup packets remaining. The dining room was decently clean with one table that needed attention and some food on the floor by another. A half hour later, the ketchup was still empty. They do have wifi here but no power outlets. More of that same inconsistency Wendy's has been lately."
