"They weren't really all that busy. There were people in there but there wasn't a line out the door. I think she might have been upset because she was doing prep and had to come over and make my bowl. She asked me what I wanted and kind of forced me down the whole line as fast as she could. When I said bowl she immediately asked what I wanted down the entire line. I understand having urgency but you're going to fast and you gave me only half a scoop of steak. I tried to ask for a little more but then she wanted to charge me double. I won't come here every week if I feel like I'm getting ripped off. . ."
"Went today to try to give it another chance and there was an older lady with short hair behind the glass. She had extreme attitude from the start for no reason. She literally gave me a tiny pinch of cheese and lettuce. I asked for me and she rolled her eyes and told that’s all she’s giving me because they’re only supposed to give an oz. She then aggressively threw one more small Literal pinch of lettuce on it and shook her head. Does she have personal stock in the company? I’ve been coming to chipotle for years and have never been treated this poorly and also never seen such small portions for the insane prices. So I told her thanks but I will take our business elsewhere. We were family who loved coming here but we will no longer be eating at this establishment. There is absolutely no reason to be rude to a customer who is literally asking for bare minimum. Super disappointed and will be spreading the word."

"Decided to give our Chipotle another shot. I'm not sure why, I was disappointed as always when I go here. When we drove up to the drive thru window, two kids were standing, talking and laughing. When they saw us pull up, one left and the other ignored us and started making orders. After a few minutes she finally came to the window and handed us a very light weighted bag. Our bowls were half filled as best and the chicken wasn't even fully cut up and you could tell it was old. The chips and salsa were good this time, but it doesn't make up for the poor excuse of an entree. I hate to be negative, but I keep having high hopes for this particular restaurant and I keep getting let down hard."
