"LarderRoom...On the way home from work the family is always down for Arby's. Just so happens it's located in Wilmington, OH between my work and the house. Perfect. The service is always fast and accurate, and the food is hot! We had to try the new Fish Sandwiches, Classic and Fiah N Cheddar, and now they have them 2 for $6 (mix or max). Win win. Drive thru always moves along quickly! I will be back."
"I ordered the Greek Gyro. The pita bread was not fresh or warm. The meat was not hot. Not even warm. I ordered the fries with No salt. The cashier told the guy making the fries. He put salt anyway. When she brought the correct fries I asked if the pita bread is supposed to be cooked. She said "it's usually warmed up some, did they not do it?" I said no it's all cold. She replied "sorry about that and walked away ". I will not waste another $30 (Kev ordered also) at this location."
"Service was timely and friendly. Drive thru moved fast. Order was correct. And still hot even though I had a 15 minute drive home. Roast beef was juicy and full of flavor. Fries were okay. Lots of little hard pieces instead of full sized "curls"."
"Wife enjoyed her food but I got a bacon ranch cheese steak sandwich thinking it would be good, I don't like onions or peppers and got the peppers taken off but I wasn't made aware thay their "cheese steak sauce" was made with onions in it.. overall nasty for my taste buds. Which it was explained better."
"The day shift crew is amazing. I feel like I should know their names; but, they're always so fast I don't get much opportunity to interact with them. Even so they are always pleasant, make sure I have everything I need, and greet me when I come in. Today the really tall guy was helping an elderly couple use the app, probably for a coupon. Where most people would be hostile or uncaring you could tell he was taking the time to help them out. He is a truly amazing individual. Very funny, friendly, and personable. There is also a female employee who is absolutely amazing as well. I don't get to interact with any if the other employees; but, based on the food quality the staff is amazing! I visit at least once a week and it's 100 percent because of the staff. I hope the owner can share this information with the staff and let them know how much i appreciate them!"
