"I’ve stopped here a few times. Each time something is wrong or the food quality just isn’t there. I recommend stopping somewhere else. This time for example made my burger wrong AND the quality was garbage."
"Was hot, but the spicy deluxe had only chipotle sauce, the tiniest piece of lettuce and 1 pickle. Specifically talked at the register how much we wanted the one pictured with tomato so it must be the deluxe. That's what the cashier rung up. Disappointing."
"All I ordered was a large Coke. No ice last night. I had already gotten on to the highway. By the time I got to put the straw in the drink and taste it to find out. It was diet so I called the store spoke to a female manager. And she told me to come back tomorrow and grab it. when I came back tonight to get it. Number one, the manager Lacey would not even come to the window and talked to me. Number two, the other little girl at the first window who was also talking on the speaker was very disrespectful and rude. Telling me that I already came through last night to get it. Which was not true, it's a $2 drink. Nothing a fight over. I was trying to show her my receipt on my mobile order online. She refused to see it. I also tried to show her my phone call. Log to show that I was on the phone for over 2 and a 1/2 minutes talking to the manager. The manager Lacey still did not come to the window. After all that was said between the younger girl at the first window. But the boy at the second window was very respectful. Very nice and very helpful.."
"Arriving at McDonald's just before closing, I felt rushed by the drive-through attendant when making my selection. Despite the late hour, I expected a bit more courtesy in the service provided. Every customer counts"
"Very slow. Sat forever at drive thru waiting to order but was fast at window handing me my items. It was ready when I got to window. The workers were friendly and my order was fresh. This location has outdoor seating and is in a convenient location located right off of US-68. Even though the drive through was slow I would go back because is one of the better McDonalds that I have been to."
